Kindly read and accept the following policy, which is listed on our website under “Terms and Conditions,” displayed in the “About the Host” or “House Rules” section on our OTA listings, and shared directly with guests via welcome messages or quotations for direct bookings.

Some rules are mandated by national and international accommodation laws; others are designed to ensure your comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Please note that any misconduct may result in the cancellation or termination of your stay. No refunds will be issued for early departures, including at check-in.

For your safety, video surveillance is installed only at the main gate and outside the balcony. This ensures enhanced security without compromising your privacy, in full compliance with local and international CCTV standards.

Should any issue arise, please notify the security guard or contact us directly.

The pre-check-in step is mandatory and must be completed via email or WhatsApp before arrival as outline in the pre-check-in message.

If your estimated time of arrival (ETA) is not provided or updated in advance, check-in may be delayed by up to 30 minutes due to agent scheduling.

We are not responsible for any delayed or disrupted check-in resulting from:
• Incomplete or missing pre-check-in steps
• Unannounced or last-minute arrivals
• Flight delays, location confusion, or failure to follow the shuttle guide

Maximum Occupancy

  • Maximum capacity: 14 guests + 2 cribs for infants (under 2 years old).

  • Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

  • All guests must be declared during the pre-check-in step.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • Please maintain the property in good condition throughout your stay.

  • Do not use bath towels to wipe the floor or place them on the ground.

  • Do not wear slippers in the shower; use the provided plastic clogs.

  • Do not eat or drink in bed, as stains may damage the high-quality linen invested in forSleeping Arrangements

  • Every bed is assigned and pre-arranged to accommodate 14 guests, plus 2 cribs for infants.

  • The 4 sofa beds in the guest room are designed for comfortable sleep, with clean covers provided.

  • Do not move furniture or bedding between rooms. your comfort.

  • You are expected to leave the unit in good overall condition.

Smoking, Vaping & Pets

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.

  • You may smoke on the balcony, provided windows and doors are tightly closed to avoid odors entering the unit.

  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

Noise & Events

  • Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted.

  • Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

  • Muslim couples: A valid marriage certificate is required. 

  • Check-in starts at 2 PM (14:00) and is available 24/7.

  • Check-out is required by 12 PM (midday).

  • Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

• Please use responsibly: keep doors/windows closed while running.

Water Dispenser – Filtered & Fresh:
• Provides both cold and hot water for your comfort.
• Refilled regularly and maintained to meet hygiene standards.
• Use with care to avoid spills or tampering.

Café Machine – Premium Espresso Experience:
• Enjoy freshly brewed coffee anytime with our professional-grade café machine.
• Please use with care and switch it off if unused.
• Do not attempt to dismantle or refill without instruction.

Babies’ Amenities :

• 2 cribs available for free with necessary linen

• Bath tube for babies is available in the bathroom

Souvenir Cabine Display :

• Do not try to open

• Watch out the children passing through

• Items could be sold upon request

Wi-Fi & Entertainment

  • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

  • QR code login is available for ease of access.

  • IPTV channels are provided, offering a wide range of content including streaming similar to Netflix (Netflix itself is not available).

Private Storage

  • Please respect any “Private” signs – these spaces are intended for internal staff use only and must not be accessed.


Our continental breakfast is carefully prepared and stocked in health-grade appliances before your arrival to ensure freshness and convenience. You may enjoy it at any time during your stay.

To maintain hygiene and ensure everyone enjoys a safe and satisfying experience, please follow these important guidelines:

Use appliances with care – especially microwave or toaster functions.
Do not reheat pancakes, toast, or pastries while still wrapped in plastic to avoid burning or damaging the appliance.
Watch the heating process when defrosting or warming items to prevent overcooking or fire risk.
Do not store personal items in the refrigerator reserved for breakfast — it is for staff use only and stocked exclusively for the buffet.



  • Shuttle service and check-in are available 24/7 and must be reserved based on flight/train ETA or number.

  • Service includes two rides per reservation (arrival and departure), limited to 6 guests per ride.

  • Pickup/drop-off is available only for airport or train station arrivals/departures.

  • Drop-off to nearby areas like car rental booths or restaurants too far to walk is available for 10 euros.

  • A guide and instructions will be sent in advance to ensure easy communication with the driver.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to:

    • Road traffic

    • Guests getting lost at pickup location

    • Delayed flights/trains

  • 15 euros surcharge applies for any ride between midnight and 6 A.M.

City Tax: 5€/guest/night (including children and infants)
Security Deposit : refundable 100 euros may apply in specific cases. You will be notified in advance if this applies to your reservation.
Extra Guests: 30€/guest/night
Manual Check-in (if no pre-check-in completed): 15€
Late Check-in (00:00–05:00): 10–50€ (charged at 10€/hour after midnight)
Shuttle Service (00:00–06:00): +15€
Nearby Drop-off (e.g. rental booth, restaurant): 10€
Early Check-in / Late Check-out: 10€/hour (upon availability)

Note:
Free shuttle service is only available for airport or train arrivals/departures before midnight.
Any other shuttle (e.g. after midnight, or to a non-airport/train location) will incur the 15€ fee above.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking with Next Home – Airport, you agree to the following terms:

Pre-Check-In Requirement:
All guests must complete the mandatory pre-check-in process, including valid ID and arrival details.
If ETA is not shared or updated, agent arrival may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Guest Policy:
All guests, including children, must be declared at the time of booking.
Muslim couples must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in.
Unregistered visitors are not permitted.

Fees:

  • City Tax: €5 per guest per night (including children)

  • Extra Guests: €30 per guest per night

  • Early/Late Check-In or Check-Out: €10 per hour (upon availability)

  • Late Check-In (00:00–05:00): €10/hour after midnight, up to €50

  • Shuttle Service (00:00–06:00): €15 per trip

  • Nearby drop-off (e.g. car rental or restaurant): €10

  • Security Deposit: €100 refundable (if applicable)

Shuttle Service:
Complimentary for airport or train station transfers between 06:00 and 00:00.
A fee applies outside these hours or for other destinations.

House Rules:

  • Smoking prohibited indoors (allowed on balcony with door closed)

  • No pets allowed

  • Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00

Liability:
Next Home – Airport is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete pre-check-in, unannounced arrivals, or failure to follow instructions.
