Furthermore, while some of those rules are regulated by national and international laws of accommodation, others have been set for our commitment to providing you with outstanding service.

We look forward to having your kind collaboration by respecting our policy and avoiding any misconduct that might lead to rejecting or ending up your accommodation at any moment. In case you leave the property, upon check-in, without completing your stay, no refund will be proceeded under any cases.

We’ve hired agents who were trained to offer you an outstanding service. Also, for your safety we are using a video-surveillance installed at the property gate only which helps us observing our rules are respected either.  

If perhaps an issue occurs during your stay, please notify the security guard or contact us for immediate attention.

• General Policy:
  • In case you choose to leave without completing your stay, upon check-in, for any reason, no refund will be initiated since our policy is indicated on our online page under the sections “important information, about the host” and in the welcome message or in the quotation in case of direct booking.
  • Muslim couples must present marriage certificates.
  • Luggage should not be left before completing check-in.
  • VISITS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
  • Smoking is prohibited.
  • Maintain the apartment’s condition.
  • Lost items policy: Items conserved for 15 days; then discarded or donated.
  • Prohibition of toxic and dangerous objects.
  • Additional guests must be identified for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
  • Standard check-in and check-out times.
  • In case of a medical emergency, please notify us immediately. Physicians can be granted access upon notification
    
    

• Neighborhood:
  • No pets or parties
  • Quiet time from 10 PM.
    
    

• Extra Fees:
  • Security deposit 100 euros per night or half the rate of the stay for longer stays.
  • City tax: 3.5 euros per guest per night (children pay adult rate).
  • Additional guest fee: 20 euros per guest per night.
  • Mess and smoking fines: Up to 40 euros and 100 euros, respectively.
  • Payment in cash with currency exchange rate: 11 MAD for 1 euro.
  • Early/late check-in/out fees may apply.

• Airport Shuttle:

                o Included for 2 rides for max 6 guests per ride.

                o Taxis provided, not responsible for delays.

                o Contact the driver directly for timing.

                o Extra fees for overweight luggage.

• Swimming Pool:

                o Open June 1 to Sept 31, 10 AM to 7 PM.
                o Closed Mondays.
                o Max 3 guests at once
                o Follow the pool rules.
