Welcome to Next Home – Airport, a professionally managed serviced accommodation located just minutes from Casablanca Airport.

Our goal is to combine hotel-style standards with genuine Moroccan hospitality, providing responsive support before, during, and after your stay. Whether you’re arriving late, travelling with family, or stopping over between flights, we’ll do our best to make your stay smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.

To ensure a smooth, secure, and personalized arrival, a simple Pre-Arrival Check-in must be completed before access instructions are shared.

For a comfortable stay, please note:

• Reservation pricing is based on the number of guests declared during booking.

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance.

• Where required by applicable local regulations, Muslim couples may be asked to present a valid marriage certificate.

• Complimentary private airport transfer is available for eligible reservations travelling between the accommodation and Casablanca Airport (or the airport train station), subject to the applicable reservation conditions.

• Arrivals after 23:00 require prior arrangement and may incur additional charges.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Smoking inside the apartment, parties, alcohol, and illegal activities are prohibited.

• Guests are expected to respect the accommodation, neighboring residents, and quiet hours.

• CCTV operates only at the main entrance and exterior balcony for security purposes. No cameras are installed inside the apartment.

• Guest information is collected only where required for accommodation registration, handled confidentially, and shared only with the competent local authorities where legally required.

Access instructions are shared once the required Pre-Arrival Check-in has been completed. Additional arrival information is provided after booking.
