Guest Guide & Accommodation Policy

To help us prepare your accommodation and ensure a smooth arrival, every reservation requires a Pre-Arrival Check-in before access instructions are shared.

The Pre-Arrival Check-in allows us to:

• Confirm your reservation details and guest information.

• Verify the identity of adult guests where required.

• Prepare your arrival based on your estimated arrival time.

• Arrange any requested transportation or additional services.

• Confirm the services and conditions applicable to your reservation.

Please complete the Pre-Arrival Check-in as soon as possible after booking to avoid arrival delays.

Access instructions are shared once the required Pre-Arrival Check-in has been completed.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-prepared stay for everyone, please note the following occupancy requirements:

• The reservation price is based on the number of guests declared during booking.

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• Additional guests require our prior approval and may be subject to the applicable accommodation charges.

• Visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance.

• Muslim couples are required to present a valid marriage certificate in accordance with applicable local regulations

To help ensure a smooth arrival and departure, please note the following:

• Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

• Please complete the above Pre-Arrival Check-in before travelling to the accommodation to help avoid arrival delays.

• Complimentary private airport transfer is available for eligible reservations. Additional airport and city transfers are available upon request.

• Transportation services are coordinated through trusted local partners and provided by independent licensed operators.

Applicable Charges

• City Tax: €5 per guest, per night, in accordance with local regulations.

• Additional Guests: Require prior approval and are charged €20 per guest, per night.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for certain reservations or circumstances. 

Optional Services

Airport Transfers

• Complimentary airport transfer is available for eligible reservations.

• Eligibility depends on the number of guests, arrival time (07:00–23:00), and airport or airport train travel.

• Additional airport transfers: €20 per trip.

• Additional city transfers are available upon request.

Late Arrival Coordination (Prior Arrangement Required)

• 23:00–01:00: €20.

• After 01:00: €30.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Flexible reservations may be cancelled free of charge until the cancellation deadline shown at booking.

• Non-refundable reservations are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.

• If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion.

• Payments are processed securely through your booking or payment platform in accordance with its applicable payment and cancellation terms.

To help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following:

• Smoking, alcohol, parties, and illegal activities are not permitted.

• Please use the accommodation and all items provided with care. They are intended for use during your stay and should not be damaged, removed, or taken from the property.

• Guests may be held responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

• Please report any damage or maintenance issue as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

Your privacy and security are important to us. To help ensure a safe stay and comply with applicable regulations, please note the following:

• Adult guest identification is collected only where required for accommodation registration and is handled confidentially.

• CCTV operates only at the main entrance and exterior balcony for security purposes. No cameras are installed inside the accommodation.

• Personal information is used only for accommodation operations and legal requirements and is never shared with third parties except where required by the competent local authorities.
